Vegan friendly wine 

Winemaking: Organic Merlot and Pinot Nero grapes were harvested by hand. Separate fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Blended and then must was added to the wine on bottling to cause second fermentation in the bottle. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Fizzy pink pet nat with a great concentration of candied and fresh red berries alongside zippy lemon flavours Wild and alive!

Notes on the Winemaker: Il Ceo means "The Kid" in the local dialect of Davide Andreatta. His mission is to recover and restore old vineyards in and around his local town of Breganze which is just north of Vincenza in Veneto.
