Winemaking: Organic grapes were purchased from neighbouring farmers before fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The wine has small amount of sulphur on bottling after light filtration through paper.
This Wine: A great entry level natural wine which is fruit-forward nicely textured. Perfect for everyday drinking with citrus and orchard fruit notes. Can compliment food but doesn't need it.
Notes on the Winemaker: The Suriol family is known for making Cava but this is the negociant project where organic grapes are purchased from nearby winemakers to make more fun styles of wine that are meant for everyday drinking.
