Winemaking: Grapes harvested at night before short maceration. Fermented with indigenous yeast. No filtration. Small amount of sulphur on bottling.
This wine: A dry Rosé made in the famous, southern French style but this year we were happy to learn that they had not filtered the wine. This means you can expect a more juicy and textured character but still all the hallmarks of classic Provence rosé. Easy drinking and refreshing.
