This Wine: Natural red wine, Light in body and high acidity but with a real depth of flavour. Really showcases the potential of the little known grape, Aramon. Allocation for the UK was very small so snap this beauty up whilst you can.
Notes on the Winemaker: In 2002, IT worker Thierry Forestier took on a major life change and decided to follow his family's footsteps in farming. He now has 12 hectares of vines in Souvignargues which is near Nimes and he focusses on local varieties Aramon, Cinsault, Grenache and Viognier.
