Winemaking: Certified Biodynamic grapes were hand harvested underwent fermentation with indigenous yeast. Traditional (Champagne) method winemaking with no filtration or added sulphur. Brut Nature style so no dosage.
This Wine: Bleeding Arrow; A Champagne-style sparkling wine with high acidity. Very dry but with tropical fruit notes. Classic aromas of brioche and bread from the winemaking and maturation process. The perfect aperitif with friends.
Notes on the Winemaker: The Brand family have been making wine in the Ergersheim region of Alsace since 1956. The vineyards have been organic since 2001 and Philippe took over duties in 2006 and by 2015, his land was Biodynamic certified.
