Winemaking: Organic Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault grapes were harvested by hand and underwent whole bunch maceration for 15 days. Pressed into tank for 9 months ageing. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural red wine with medium body and refreshing acidity. Blackberry flavours with a mineral edge. Can work with or without food.
Notes on the Winemaker: Mas Blanc is the farm, Le Temps de Cerise is the winery and Axel Prüfer is the man. He produces wines from some the Languedoc's most dramatic vineyards near Beziers which are rustic but precise at the same time.
