Winemaking: An organic field blend of white grape varieties was harvested by hand. Fermented on the skins for 4 days with indigenous yeast. Aged in old barrels and bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: Bright and zingy white wine that has seen some skin contact. Fruity and floral notes come from the Muscat whilst the other grapes bring a strong mineral character to the wine. Fun!
Notes on the Winemaker: Stefanie & Susanne Renner come from a family of Austrian winemakers but have been using their Rennersistas imprint since 2015. They work vines with biodynamic certification around Lake Neusiedlersee in Burgenland and produce characterful and energetic wines.
