Winemaking: Organic Macabeo grapes were hand harvested and de-stemmed. Fermentation with wild yeast in stainless steel where the juice remains with the skins for 4 months. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural skin-contact wine with a strong herbaceous and floral character that sits alongside refreshing notes of tangerine and peach. Complex and best served with food.
