This Wine: Natural wine somewhere in between a light red and a dark rosé. Lots of floral and fruity notes going on. Best served chilled on a warm day.
Notes on the Winemaker: David Geyer and Koen Janssens have been working together since 2015 with a mission to produce unique and exciting expressions of grapes such as Gewurtztraminer and Savagnin all the way down in Southern Australia.
