Winemaking: Organic Cabernet Franc grapes from vines on limestone & clay and silex soils were harvested by hand. 6 weeks whole bunch maceration before being pressed into a combination of old oak barrels and amphora. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine with medium to full body and soft tannins. Clean and precise with a focus on dark fruits and minerals. Best served with food

Notes on the Winemaker: Claire & Florent Bejon farm 5 hectares of vines spread out near Chinon in the Loire valley. Their main focus is Cabernet Franc but they also farm a small amount of Chenin Blanc vines. Farming and cellar work is meticulous which results in wines full of delicate and aromatic characteristics.
