This Wine: A natural white wine made of a blend of Riesling and Auxerrois from 2 different years. Fresh and floral with citrus notes. The litre bottle makes it the perfect wine to drink with friends.
Notes on the Winemaker: Jean-Pierre Rietsch is a natural winemaker in the village of Mittelbergheim, Alsace. His estate has been in the family for seven generations but wasn't used for vine cultivation until the 1970s. All of Jean-Pierre's wines are in very high demand but we particularly love his skin-contact cuvees which is a winemaking method rarely seen in Alsace.
