This Wine: A light a juicy, natural red wine made in the style of Beaujolais Nouveau (only harvested a few months prior to bottling). Ultimate drinkability.
Notes on the Winemaker: The Daviau family have been winemakers in the Anjou region since the 17th century. Christophe now farms biodynamically using ancient winemaking methods and cultivates local grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc and Grolleau.
