Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic (uncertified) grapes were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast before being bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural, still white wine which veers more on the mineral side that it does fruit. Wet rock and smokey aromas are given a lift up by the Moscatel juice which provides some floral notes. Savoury and complex. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Jordi is situated in Blancafort in the Conca de Barberà of Catalunya where the Mediterranean climate brings plenty of heat to the grapes. His wines benefit from cooler nights which helps retain acidity and freshness. He took over his family's winery in 2000 before converting to fully natural by 2012.
