Notes on the Winemaker: Purulio is the project of Torcuato Huertas whose family have been making wine in the region surrounding Granada since 1890. We visited him in 2017 when he showed us his beautiful vineyards on the North side of the Sierra Nevada. He grows 21 grape varieties and his ability to blend these successfully creates unique wines that express a real Andalusian character.
