Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Aged in old barrel before bottling with no fining or filtration and just a touch of sulphur.
This Wine: A full-bodied red with some development that works well with heavy food dishes. Stewed red and black fruit flavours. A wine for Autumn/Winter and great for those more used to traditional reds.
