Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand harvested and fermented in concrete with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: Still wine made with red and white juice, dark pink in the glass. For this vintage, Lori has swapped the Syrah out for Grenache Gris which results in a lighter and fresher wine compared to 2020. Juicy red cherry and strawberry flavours with a hint of parma violets. Best served slightly chilled. Summertime 'vin de soif'!
Notes on the Winemaker: Lori Haon is a talented, young natural winemaker in the village of Valliguières, not far from Avignon who acquired his first vineyard in 2015. He is creating wines with a really fresh and light character which is not always easy in the heat of this region.
