Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand harvested and crushed before spending 3 months on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Fermented with indigenous yeast before being bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: Somewhere between a white and orange wine, gold in the glass. High intensity with aromas of citrus and white flowers. Best served with food such as fish or cheese.
Notes on the Winemaker: Dante & Helena Lomazzi work with biodynamic practices to produce the best fruit possible. They are situated in the province of Sienna and the vineyards are located around a 16th century farmhouse where they grow indigenous grape varieties.
