Winemaking: Organically grown grapes were crushed and spent 5 days on the skin before fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no filtration or fining. Small amount of sulphur.
This Wine: A dry, natural orange wine with flavours and aromas of orange peel, dried peach and dried herbs. Dry and very easy drinking.
Notes on the Winemaker: David Geyer and Koen Janssens have been working together since 2015 with a mission to produce unique and exciting expressions of grapes such as Gewurtztraminer and Savagnin all the way down in Southern Australia.
