Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast. Ancestral sparkling wine method (Pet Nat) was used and the bottling took place with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: A Pet Nat made in a rosé style but looks more peachy in the glass. Lightly sparkling. A unique wine that is fun to have with friends as an aperitif.
Notes on the Winemaker: Carles began planting grapes on family land that had been abandoned for decades after small scale winemaking had become untenable. His mission was to create wines with no additives and to show maximum respect to the land. He mainly works with indigenous grapes and makes each wine from a single variety to show the true and honest characteristics of each. We love his wines for their rusticity and liveliness.
