Winemaking: Organic grapes (uncertified) were hand harvested and crushed before a 7 day period of skin contact. Fermented with indigenous yeast and then bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural orange wine with fresh and floral aromas of rose, lychee and pink grapefruit. A wine with precision and finesses that partners well with light foods such as salad or white fish.
Notes on the Winemaker: The Wenzel family have been making wine in the Burgenland region of Austria since 1647! He started his Wild & Free range to experiment with skin contact and the results have been amazing.
