Winemaking: Organically (uncertified) grown grapes were hand harvested and underwent a 180 day maceration period in stainless steel. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: A natural orange wine with intense tea-like aromas of dried white flowers, dried stone fruit and citrus peel. Complex and full of life.
