Winemaking: A field blend of organic grapes were harvested by hand and co-fermented with indigenous yeast after some skin maceration. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: As the name suggests, this has just about everything going on. Expect and explosion of complex fruit (particularly juicy Orange and ripe Strawberry) with spice and soft tannin texture. All of the grapes come from the same plot in Springton, Eden Valley which was planted nearly 100 years ago. A unique wine that is both fun and serious at the same time.
Notes on the Winemaker: David Geyer and Koen Janssens have been working together since 2015 with a mission to produce unique and exciting expressions of grapes such as Gewurtztraminer and Savagnin all the way down in Southern Australia.
