Winemaking: Grapes were crushed and left on the skins for 30 days before fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: A natural orange wine which is very rare in this part of Spain where conventional winemaking very much runs the show. The wine has a new label this vintage and is maybe an easier drinking style. A great saline character with peach and apricot fruit. Fresh, well balanced and great value.
