Winemaking: Organic Barbera grapes were hand harvested and underwent a short maceration period before spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in cement tanks. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural rosé wine with a complex character that combines fresh red berry fruit with some savoury notes. Very far from your Provence style, this is best served with food. Only 2,500 bottles produced.
