This Wine: Honestly...we haven't tried it. The sad state of affairs with wines like this is that they are so rare, most other retailers make you buy a load of stuff you don't want along with it which feels weird. We don't want to do that. We were allowed 2 bottles. The profit on this bottle allows us to drink the other one. Hopefully you will drink and enjoy the wine yourself, just like us. If you look to re-sell, we will be putting a curse on you. You've been warned.
Notes on the Winemaker: Christian Boulanger & Mathieu Allante both worked with the esteemed Domaine Labet before embarking on their own project. They now farm just over 3 hectares of vines around the villages of Gizia and Rotalier. They have a deep respect for nature and take a holistic view to their roles as winemakers and to life in general. The wines are highly sought after and we only receive tiny quantities.
