Winemaking: Organic Cinsault grapes were harvested by hand and underwent whole bunch maceration for 2 days. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: Lying somewhere in that magical place between a light red and a dark rosé, this is a true summer wine with fresh fruit flavours. Only received a very small amount so won't be around for long once that sun comes out. This cuvée from Axel was previously bottled under the Brutal label project but now has its own names which translates as "It does not pay to surrender!"
Notes on the Winemaker: Mas Blanc is the farm, Le Temps de Cerise is the winery and Axel Prüfer is the man. He produces wines from some the Languedoc's most dramatic vineyards near Beziers which are rustic but precise at the same time.
