Darker than Claudio's usual style with more of a focus on depth and complexity thanks to it's long time in tank before bottling. A fine balance of savoury and black fruit with a very long finish. Serious Lambrusco that is food friendly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Claudio Plessi has committed the majority of his life to promoting and improving sustainable agricultural practices in his home region of Modena in Emila-Romagna. He has farmed various fruits organically for nearly 40 years and dedicated a lot of time and effort to save and promote rare local grape varieties that were close to extinction. His single varietal wines achieve a wonderful balance of rusticity and precision.
