Winemaking: Organic Grolleau grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining or filtration and just a touch of sulphur.

Notes on the Winemaker: Pauline Morrain and Laurent Troubat were travelling together in Australia and working at a winery when they decided that this lifestyle would be their future. After studying in Burgundy, the couple worked with Melaric in the Loire valley and met Philippe Gourdon, the natural winemaking legend of the region. He leased them their first vines and the rest is history!
