Winemaking: Organic Gruner Veltliner and Muller Thurgau grapes were harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining or filtration and just a small addition of sulphur.
This Wine: Great everyday drinking white wine which is fresh and clean despite its hazy appearance. You get a lemon brioche vibe and for us, the wine came across like an Austrian Muscadet. Excellent value.
