This Wine: Still, dry orange wine that is unique and complex. Power is provided from the Riesling and elegance from the Grüner. Save for a special occasion!
Notes on the Winemaker: Christian Tschida is a 4th generation winemaker in the eastern part of Austria and is often seen as one of the leading figures in the world of natural wine. His signature approach to his craft involves incredibly light pressing of the grapes in order to extract only the best quality juice.
