Only 701 bottles produced. The name refers to when Italian winemakers ask each other if their sparkling wines make enough foam. Spoma?
Notes on the Winemaker: Angol d'Amig means "Friends Corner" in the local dialect of Marco Lanzotti who makes natural wine just outside Modena in Emila-Romagna. He aims to make wines that reflect the beautiful land around him.
