Piquette from the guys at Leisure Wine
Piquette is a drink made from a further pressing of pomace (grapes that have already been pressed to make wine). This results in a lighter wine-like beverage which is low in alcohol and less concentrated. Great to have on a warm day with ice. Breakfast wine!
This particular piquette was made in London from a secondary fermentation of Nero di Troia and Sangiovese grapes that came from Puglia, Italy.
No added sulphur.
