For those not so familiar with orange wine, this wine serves as a great introduction. Gently aromatic and easy going but with a lovely complexity of citrus peel, apricot subtle spice and salt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Andrés and Marta met whilst studying wine in Valencia and went on to set up Casa Balaguer in Alicante. The goal was to create the optimum conditions for healthy grapes by focussing on the balance of the ecosystem.
