Winemaking: Organic Muscat grapes were hand harvested before being directly pressed into stainless steel tanks for fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: Dry Muscat with no skin contact! A rare thing in the natural wine world. Expect herbal and floral notes with a hint of tropical fruit. Very well balanced.
Notes on the Winemaker: Christophe Lindenlaub's family have been making wine in this part of Alsace for over 200 years and the vineyards have undergone organic conversion since 2012. He makes wines full brimming with energy and life.
