This comes from the negotiant arm of Domaine Lajibe where grapoes are sourced from organic growers in the Jurançon region. Dry and aromatic with notes of Lemon, orange blossom, salty grapefruit and white flowers. He trained in Bordeaux and Burgundy before settling in this wilder region which is famous for sweet Jurançon styles. The Lajibe wines are the opposite though.
