Very lucky to get our hands on such an old vintage. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Etienne Courtois is taking over the running of Les Cailloux du Paradis winery from his father Claude. The family produce natural wines near the village of Cheverny in the Loire Valley and the focus is very much on indigenous and rare grape varieties, some of which are very unique to this area. No synthetic chemicals are used in the vineyard.
