This Wine: Light bodied red wine with fruity notes of sour cherry balanced by an earthy, savoury edge. A hint of pleasant funkiness also. Best served with food.
Notes on the Winemaker: Christophe Lindenlaub's family have been making wine in this part of Alsace for over 200 years and the vineyards have undergone organic conversion since 2012. He makes wines full of energy and life.
