Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand harvested and co-fermented for 6 weeks in concrete with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: A blend of every grape variety that Lori grows! Hazy pink the glass (as there are both red and white grapes in here) the dominant flavour is pithy pink grapefruit. Textured and saline. Works best with food.
Notes on the Winemaker: Lori Haon is a talented, young natural winemaker in the village of Valliguières, not far from Avignon who acquired his first vineyard in 2015. He is creating wines with a really fresh and light character which is not always easy in the heat of this region.
