The Riesling really shines through on this wine and provides more body that in previous vintages. Still acid driven but with a nice touch of roundness. His estate has been in the family for seven generations but wasn't used for vine cultivation until the 1970s. He has garnered a reputation as a legend in this area and when you try his wines, you'll see why.
