A cooler vintage for this cuvée produces are more acid driven wine, slightly leaner in body. Full of tension and energy which tells us this wine will keep getting better for years to come. Best served with food. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNotes on the Winemaker: Jean-Pierre Rietsch is a natural winemaker in the village of Mittelbergheim, Alsace. His estate has been in the family for seven generations but wasn't used for vine cultivation until the 1970s.
