Winemaking: Organic Savagnin & Chardonnay grapes were hand harvested and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast in old oak barrels. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine made in the topped up Jura style (not oxidative). Deep, dense and concentrated with amazing energy and complexity.
