Winemaking: Organic Sumoll, Xarel Lo and Mando grapes were hand harvested and fermeted with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Unfiltered and bottled with no added sulphur.
This Wine: This is Ramon's delicious red and white blend where you can expect juicy, fresh fruit flavours and a textured body. The Xarel Lo brings an uplifting zing to the wine. Best served slightly chilled on a warm day.
Notes on the Winemaker: Ramon Jané is one half of the esteemed Cava house Mas Candí but this wine comes from his solo project that he started in 2019 which promises some of the best value natural wines of Europe.
