Vegan friendly wine
Winemaking: Organic Trebbiano Modenese and Pignoletto grapes were harvested by hand. Fermented with indigenous yeast direct press. Must of Trebbiano grapes was then used to kickstart a second fermentation and the wine was bottled at that moment. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: A white, sparkling Lambrusco that looks and even tastes like cloudy Lemonade. Nicely textured with refreshing acidity. Can with work with or without food.
Notes on the Winemaker: Angol d'Amig means "Friends Corner" in the local dialect of Marco Lanzotti who makes natural wine just outside Modena in Emila-Romagna. He aims to make wines that reflect the beautiful land around him.
