This Wine: Natural red wine that is light in body and wild in character. Delicate aromas of Geranium, sprinklings of white pepper and fresh cherry and raspberry flavours combine to create something quite unforgettable. Made from a typical Valpolicella blend of grape varieties; Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseleta.
Notes on the Winemaker: Silvia Tezza is a young winemaker in Veneto who studied agricultural science before becoming a winemaker in the hills of Valleta di Mazzane near Verona. She avoids adding anything in the winemaking process.
