Winemaking: Uncertified organic grapes were hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Aged for 2-3 months in old Austrian oak barrels. Bottled with no filtration or fining and just a small amount of sulphur.
This Wine: A red with with both red and black fruit aromas, more on the stewed and cooked side. Soft texture and lively acidity with medium body. Great for everyday drinking and comes in a litre bottle.
