This Wine: This wine is made from a blend of red and white grapes. Clarete is a Spanish term to describe a wine somewhere in between a light red and a rosé. Something refreshing in that Spanish heat, even more so off the coast of Morocco! This is a wonderfully precise wine with delicate flavours and finesse. Drink now or age for a couple of years.
