This Wine: Natural red wine with dark fruits, earthiness and spice. All the trademark of Saint Joseph but as it's on the outskirts of the appellation, you only have to pay a fraction of the price! Medium to full bodied. Fresher and easier drinking compared to the more serious Premier Quartier 2017
Notes on the Winemaker: Jean Delobre makes elegant but powerful wine from the Syrah grape in the Northern Rhône along with indigenous white varietals. The vineyards have been biodynamic since 1997 and they rarely use any sulphur at all.
