Winemaking: Organically (uncertified) grown grapes were hand harvested and underwent a 45 day maceration period in old oak barrels with spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
This Wine: A natural orange wine with amazing intensity and concentration of floral, smokey and dried fruit aromas. Complex and bursting with character.
