New Cuvée from Domaine Dandelion plus Cellar Release
It's always exciting to receive a new wine from Domaine Dandelion in Burgundy. Winemaker Christina Knott had developed a cult-like following in recent years for his energetic Aligoté and age-worthy Pinots.
In 2023 he managed to get his hands on a friends organic fruit that was grown on 70 year old vines around the villages of Savigny and Puligny. He combined these grapes with some of his own from his Goutte d'Or plot and created Fruit Defendu 2023. This one-off cuvée represents a gear shift from the signature Dandelion style with more structure and deeper, darker fruit.
We have also received the 2023 vintage of Hautes-Côtes Nature, essentially Christian's flagship wine. So what better time to release some old vintages of this iconic wine? You can now get your hands on 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 vintages!
If that wasn't enough, we still have stock of Rosie Red 2022 and Sur La Plage 2023
