This is a partly negotiant cuvée made with Pinot Noir grapes from an organic producer grown on red clay soils in Puligny along with domaine wine that had been aged in barrel for 2 years. 2022 was a dry vintage so this is more concentrated than the typical Dandelion style with a deeper and darker fruit profile and long mineral finish. Gastronomic and age-worthy.
The new vintage of Christian's Pet Nat is here! Natural sparkling white wine (direct press of Gamay and Pinot Noir) with plenty of body and texture. Fresh acidity with a green apple, lemon and mineral profile. Made in tiny quantities.
